Are you looking for ways to increase traffic to your Medium articles? If so, you’re in luck! In this blog post, I’ll share five tips to help you succeed on Medium and attract more readers.

Medium can be a fantastic platform for sharing your ideas and reaching a new audience. Still, it’s essential to do everything you can to generate traffic. These tips will help you do just that!

How to earn money on cold traffic to Medium

Before diving in, I wanted to add a little note about earning money on Medium. Many of my tips include cold traffic from people who aren’t already subscribers on the platform.

Sure, readers who aren’t Medium readers won’t boost your earnings. At least, not the same way Medium readers will do if you’re in the Partner program. But that doesn’t mean you can’t earn money through cold traffic.

Include your Medium affiliate link at the end of the article and invite the readers to join. You can also ask for donations using payment methods such as “Buy Me a Coffee.” Another option is to invite readers to your email list or even offer them a product that you’ve got for sale.

Cold traffic to your Medium article is still precious, even if they don’t “count” in the Partner Program.

Tip 1: Share your Medium article on social media

This tip may seem obvious, but it’s important to share your article on social media platforms like Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook to increase traffic to your Medium articles. Social media can definitely help to increase visibility and attract new readers.

To be fair, Pinterest is more of a search engine than a social media platform. But it’s pretty much the best thing since sliced bread for attracting new readers.

But don’t just post and run. Make sure you spend a little time each day connecting with people to increase the chances of them wanting to read your stuff. On social media, it’s all about building relationships. So be sure to engage with others, share…
